What a mess!

Yesterday while Mommy was cutting up some fruit, I went into the pantry and got the box of rice krispies. I was eating them out of the box for a little while then realized there was something much more fun to do with rice krispies - dump them on the floor. Then I could kick around in them stomp on them and make a huge mess! It was lots of fun (well maybe not for mom who had to clean them up)!

Painted Toast

Mommy has decided to try to come up with an activity for us to do everyday so we don't just sit around and watch Noggin. Today we made painted toast. It was fun and I got to eat it - yay! It came from the book - The Toddler's Busy Book if anyone is interested.

First you mix a little milk with a few drops of food coloring:


Then using a paintbrush you draw designs on bread. After you draw you just put in the toaster, butter and eat it. Mommy drew me a kitty and helped me make the dots on another piece of bread:

Little Princess

Mommy and I went shopping today and she got me this awesome tiara. I wore it all evening. The pictures aren't really that good because I was watching my favorite show - Yo Gabba Gabba (anyone else watch this?). I'm generally not willing to be still to have my picture taken so that is why I'm not able to post that often. Mommy says we will try to be better!

Swimming Lessons

I have now had 2 swimming lessons and have hated both of them. They made Mommy dunk me under the water and it scared me so bad I wouldn't stop crying for the whole lesson. I didn't even like playing in the kiddie pool! The lessons are everyday for 2 weeks so hopefully I get better by the end! Here are a couple of pictures of me in one of my bathing suits:

Happy July 4th!

I still have a little bit of a black eye, but it is slowly getting better. Yesterday Mommy and I made Rice Krispie Treats in the shape of stars. Mommy let me decorate them with mini m&ms and sprinkles - it was fun (and yummy)! Today we grilled steaks and just hung out at the house. Mommy put me in my super cute sailor dress:

Poor Baby!

Yesterday I fell and hit my head on the coffee table and cut my cheek and got a black eye. The picture doesn't do it justice - it looks a lot worse in reality! It was very sad and hurt a lot! It initally bled quite a bit and mom thought she was going to have to take me to the ER but it quit and by the time daddy got home from work it was looking better. They decided not to spend 7 hours in the ER for one butterfly stitch - hopefully it won't scar!
