Blogger issues :(

I'm having a hard time uploading pictures to Blogger lately - hence the lack of posts. The old way I used to do it, using picasa web albums no longer works so it's a hassle every other way now. Do any of my other blogging friends have any issues with this? Or is it just me? I'm thinking of switching the blog to wordpress to make it easier. I'm not sure how all this will work, so you'll just have to bear with me while I try to figure everything out.
