I'm having a baby brother!

Yesterday Mommy went to her ultrasound to find out whether I'm having a baby sister or brother. Daddy and I had to stay home because the doctor's office is not allowing children to visit due to the flu season. So when she got home we found out that I am having a baby brother! We are all very excited! Here are a couple of pictures of him:

We do not have any names picked out, so we welcome suggestions! We also have a video but Mommy is having problems getting it uploaded so we will see if she can get it on here...

This weekend is my birthday so we are heading to San Diego to celebrate! Hopefully Mommy will have her new camera by then and will be able to take lots of pictures for you all to see!

Merry Christmas

I have had a GREAT Christmas! I woke up and got lots of presents - my favorite! It was so exciting to see what Santa brought me this year. From Santa I got a kitchen and a bug car. Mommy and Daddy got me a book, some pots and pans for my kitchen, some stackable farm animals, playdough, and a hippo flashlight. I have been very happy with my gifts and have played with them all day. Photo Shoot

So while in Arkansas a couple of weeks ago, we had our pictures taken thanks to Gram. Despite the fact that it was freezing cold and all I wanted to do was play on the playground, they turned out pretty good. Here are some of my favorites (and some of the more interesting ones)...

Visiting Santa

Mommy took me to see Santa yesterday and get my picture made. I was excited about it in the car and kept telling Mom that I wanted to see Santa (I thought he was going to be one of those cool light-up lawn Santas). When we got the mall to see him, I started to get nervous - it was a real person! I did not want to sit on Santa's lap at all and would not go near him. It was finally decided that Mommy would have to be in the picture with me (she was NOT prepared to have her photo taken that day) in order to get a picture with Santa this year. She had to hold me still, but we actually got a halfway decent shot. Santa gave me a candy cane and asked me what I wanted for Christmas - I told him "presents"(duh!).

Broken Camera...

I know I'll be getting complaints so here's the story of why you won't see many new posts for the next few weeks. While in Arkansas, mommy's camera got wet and is no longer working. She'll have to get it repaired or replaced. If anyone back home would like to email her some pictures then I would be happy to post them and let you all know about our wonderful trip home!

So until the camera issue is resolved, Mommy will be relying on her iphone or the video camera. But don't worry I'll make sure you all get to see me on Christmas!

On another note, we scheduled our appointment to find out the sex of my new sibling for January 5th. We couldn't get it any sooner due to the holidays - I know you are all dying to know...

What I learned from the dog

Since everyone keeps asking, there are no Halloween pictures this year. After all the hoopla about the costume, I did not even end up buying Nora one at all. All of the events we had thought we going to happen did not so we just stayed home in regular clothes and passed out lots of candy. Next year I promise a costume!

Cool Kid

Mommy got me these headphones to use with the DVD player in the plane for our trip home in a couple of weeks. I liked them and look like such a big girl!

Its exciting to think that in exactly 2 weeks we'll be back in Arkansas. We can't wait to see everyone!!
