One of my favorite activities right now is coloring. I constantly ask mom for colors and paper! Here I am hard at work on a masterpiece:

Pumpkin Patch
On Thursday Mommy and I went to the pumpkin patch with the Mom's Club. I know you are saying "A pumpkin patch? In the desert?" Well, not exactly. A local church has a "pumpkin patch" in a field here. I had a good time anyway. We went though a maze, looked at animals in a petting zoo, and I got to play in a bean pit (like a sand box but with black eyed peas). I loved that part!
Then we went on a tractor ride. I was reluctant to leave the beans, but ended up liking the tractor ride as well.
After that we got to go pick out a little pumpkin to take home. I love my pumpkin!

It was a good trip to the "pumpkin patch" even if it was a little hot! We wish we could have a little bit of fall out here in the desert, but oh well...

A quick trip to Phoenix
Daddy had a conference in Phoenix (actually Tempe, but close enough) on Saturday so Mommy and I packed up go with him. We got to our tiny hotel room around 10:00 Friday night and were out the door around 7:30 Saturday morning to take Daddy to the conference, then Mom and I headed out to have some fun.
First stop was the Phoenix Zoo which was great! It was a very kid friendly zoo with lots of little play areas. They had several open exhibits were you actually got to see the animals up close - we got to basically go in the cage with some squirrel monkeys. It was really neat. Then they had a Giraffe interaction were Mommy and I got to feed the Giraffes. I held a piece of lettuce and mom gave them a different treat. It was neat to have the Giraffes slurp the food out of our hands!

Playing in the splash pad
After the zoo, Mommy and I went to this big outlet mall for some shopping. We stopped at the Rainforest Cafe for lunch. I really liked it there, too! Then Mommy and I spent the rest of the afternoon shopping! We rode the carousel at the mall, but I'm not sure if I liked that or not.
We left the mall to pick up Dad from the conference and to head home, but not before stopping at Joe's Farm Grill. We have eaten there every single time we have been to Phoenix. We saw it on an episode of Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. It is really yummy and they grow their own produce on the farm and try to use all local ingredients so it is fresh and delicious.

Then it was time to head home. We had a great time and hopefully will get to go back soon.
All tuckered out from our big day
Fun with Stickers
I LOVE stickers. I ask to play with them almost everyday! Here is a little of what I like to do with my stickers:

Dress Up
I like to put on Mom and Dad's clothes and play around the house. My favorite time to do it is laundry day. I also like to pull clothes out of my drawers and ask Mom to put them on me. So today I decided to mix it up and try a little of both. I'm wearing Mom's nightgown, a t-shirt and two bathing suits around my neck, and a hat of course!
